Conservatives in Warren County, Virginia, delivered a major victory for election integrity after successfully overturning a rigged vote that handed control of the local Republican committee to RINOs.
The contested election for chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee (WCRC) was thrown out following an appeal hearing this week, restoring fairness in one of Virginia’s strongest conservative strongholds near Washington, D.C.
Scott Lloyd, a former Trump administration official, challenged the results after a chaotic mass meeting on February 12 that whistleblowers described as disorganized and marred by fraud. Multiple affidavits detailed how Democrats were mysteriously handed ballots, while dozens of legitimate conservative voters — including some turned away by the husband of Sheriff Crystal Cline — were blocked from participating.
Adding to the controversy, the committee’s membership was suddenly slashed from 251 to just 102, conveniently removing many conservatives. Chairwoman Cheryl Cullers — allied with the RINO candidate David Silek — was allowed to lead the rules committee despite a prior four-year ban for her PAC’s endorsements of Democrats. Silek himself has drawn fire for labeling Christian conservatives “right-wing extremists” over protests against transgender books in local libraries.
The appeal, filed by Lloyd, exposed these irregularities and was upheld by the gathered committee members. If Silek appeals further, it will go to a special five-member panel from outside the Sixth District.
This successful pushback sends a strong message: conservatives in Virginia are no longer willing to let RINOs steal local party control through shady tactics. In deep-red Warren County, real Republicans are taking their party back — one clean election at a time.
