The 91-second video, which has gone viral online, shows a uniformed American police officer pulling over a blonde woman late at night who is wearing a black crop top and green pants.
In the footage, the officer stands directly behind her and uses his hands to touch and rub her back, hips, and buttocks during what was described as a “search.”

The two later argue about her suspended driver’s license and insurance. The woman has since filed an official complaint. Seattle Seahawks legend Jordan Babineaux — the former safety who spent nine seasons with the team — strongly criticized the incident, calling it clear evidence of the “rot” within American law enforcement.
Babineaux, known by the nickname “Big Play Babs” and remembered as a key contributor to the Seahawks’ Super Bowl XLVIII championship, did not hesitate to express his views on social media. “I watched that video and felt outraged.
This was not a search — it was a blatant abuse of power. American police are supposed to protect citizens, yet instead they exploit their authority to violate women’s bodies. We cannot stay silent in the face of behavior like this,” Babineaux wrote in a post that drew tens of thousands of interactions within just a few hours.
As a former NFL player and now a Seahawks analyst, Babineaux has often spoken out on social issues. He has been a vocal supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement and anti-discrimination campaigns.
This time, he emphasized that the incident is not just an isolated case, but a reflection of a systemic problem within American policing. “I grew up in Louisiana and understand the pressure of their job, but there is no excuse for groping someone under the pretense of a search,” Babineaux added.
The video reportedly reached nearly 800,000 views within only a few hours of being posted. Many social media users expressed outrage similar to Babineaux’s, while others argued that the full context of the traffic stop should be considered.
Even so, Babineaux insisted: “There is no context that allows someone’s body to be touched that way. This is a clear violation of human dignity.”
The former Seahawks star called on the sports community and NFL fans to speak out and demand accountability from the authorities. “We’ve seen too many videos like this over the years. It is time for real reform, retraining, and stronger bodycam oversight,” Babineaux emphasized.
He also shared that, as the father of daughters, he cannot accept a society that allows such behavior to happen.
