The S.A.S.S. by Miss Quad seasoning founder, as seen in the jaw-dropping Season 12 trailer, continues her journey to conceive a child with her boyfriend King via IVF. Under the watchful eye of Dr. Jacqueline “Jackie” Walters, King helps administer an injection into Quad’s abdomen before Quad tells producers, “I decided to take my IVF journey to Ghana. I am willing to travel over to the Motherland for my babies.”
Glimpses into said journey see the couple ready to take flight, but there appear to be bumps along the way. That’s because, later in the trailer, tension arises when King tells a crying Quad, “I decided to take this journey with you, but let’s be realistic.”

A sobbing Quad pleads with her man, “Don’t do this to me,” though audiences will have to see the entire exchange after the Married to Medicine Season 12 premiere on Nov. 30.
Years after Quad’s 2019 divorce from Dr. Gregory Lunceford, she introduced King — three years her junior — to the others in Season 11, Episode 2. Previously, cast members were somewhat dubious once Quad teased a mystery man as her “Million Dollar Baby” in June 2024, but he threw her a Parisian-style birthday bash to quash any doubts.
“This is the reason why we’re here. This man paid for all of this,” Quad told her guests when first revealing King. “I just want to say I’m so grateful to have you. He reassures me. He encourages me. He wants to see me happy. And I’m grateful.”

King, the owner of ATL Exotic & Luxury Cars, won over the approval of Jackie and Dr. Heavenly Kimes right off the bat. Said Heavenly in an exclusive interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, “I really like him. I really like him for Quad … He’s an intelligent guy, he’s mild-mannered. He’s very well-spoken. And he handles Quad like she needs to be handled. You know what I mean?”
Dr. Jackie also “loved him for her.”

Quad and her “very, very, very successful man” have seemingly been strong ever since. That includes King gifting the Bravoleb with a new Rolls-Royce and Quad surprising her boyfriend with a Cartier Love bracelet. In their own exclusive with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Quad said, “He’s a really good person towards me. He helps me in every aspect of my life, you know?”
Quad and King have no children, but they’re hoping that will change. Both were open about the Bravoleb’s fertility struggles during Season 11 of Married to Medicine. At that time, Quad expressed hope that they’d conceive naturally, but due to having fibroids in the past, they were open to considering their options with IVF.
In Season 11, Episode 3, she told King, “I don’t think there will be a better person more suited for me, especially to raise a child with, than you … Little baby going to be out here. Cute. Fine. Like, do you see all of this chocolate? Baby, Hershey’s ain’t got nothing on us.”
Flash forward to the Season 11 reunion when she revealed Dr. Jackie was overseeing their attempts with IVF. Said Quad, “We’re hoping.”
Quad is “glowing and living it up with King” in the upcoming season, according to her official bio, “as they work to expand their family through IVF.”
“Regarding her sister friends, Quad has her sights set on moving forward in all areas of life and is even serving as Dr. Heavenly’s campaign manager,” the bio continues. “She’s also prepared to build a bridge with Dr. Simone [Whitmore] after their disagreement during reunion, but will she be able to meet her in the middle?”
