The Phillies became the first team in 22 years to take both ends of a doubleheader with walk-off victories. In Game 1, they rallied from a 2-1 deficit in the ninth inning for a 3-2 triumph. Rookie outfielder Justin Crawford delivered the game-winning infield single, driving in Bryson Stott to cap the comeback. Crawford joined Hall of Famer Scott Rolen as just the second Phillies player in the past 50 years to record multiple walk-off RBIs at age 22 or younger.

The Phillies got on the board early in the first game when Kyle Schwarber launched a 406-foot home run off Giants starter Logan Webb, cutting into an initial 2-0 deficit. That blast marked Schwarber’s 350th career homer, making him the ninth active MLB player to reach that milestone. It was his 10th of the season and his 197th as a Phillie since joining the club in 2022.
In Game 2 of the twin bill — which made up for a rainout the previous day — Philadelphia again found magic late. Schwarber tied the game with a two-out double in the ninth, and Alec Bohm delivered the winning sacrifice fly in the 10th for a 6-5 victory.
