The Admiral delivered one of the most legendary performances in NBA history on the final day of the 1994 regular season.

April 24, 1994. When folks talk about monster single-game scoring outbursts, one name always stands tall in the record books — Wilt Chamberlain, who owns a ridiculous 40 of the top 110 highest outputs, including that unbelievable 100-point masterpiece back on March 2, 1962.
Only thirteen games in NBA history have seen a player drop more than 70 points. Wilt claims six of them. The rest feature names like Kobe Bryant with 81, David Thompson and Luka Doncic at 73, plus Elgin Baylor, Donovan Mitchell, Damian Lillard, and David Robinson — each with 71 points.
Robinson turned in an absolute masterpiece against the Clippers that night, pouring in 71 points to swipe the 1994 scoring title right from under Shaquille O’Neal.
The Spurs are back in action these days, showing flashes of that old-school championship grit that defined the Robinson era.
