RTE star Jennifer Zamparelli joked that she has PTSD as she lifted the lid on life after Dancing With The Stars.
The Dublin native, 45, has been presenting the hit RTE series since 2018 and recently wrapped series nine.
For three months of the year, Jen‘s world revolved around late rehearsal hours, make-up chairs and dress fittings.
Since finishing up filming for DWTS, the mum-of-two has had some time to reflect on the past eight weeks.
Speaking to RSVP, the mum-of-two joked: “I have some sort of post-traumatic-stress from the dancing I had to do on the series.”
But the former 2FM presenter is glad to have her weekends back adding that they are “very different” now.

Jen said: “I wake up on a Sunday and go, ‘Do I have to do my own hair and makeup?!’ It’s very different, but it’s lovely.
“It’s lovely to be with the family and just have very slow mornings and not be running out the door.”
“People don’t realise how long the days are. My friend told me, ‘I’ll come and see you before you go on the show’. I was like, ‘Sorry what? I’m in the makeup chair at half eight and there’s so much to do’.”
Despite the hectic schedule of DWTS, Jen can’t help but yearn to be back among the glitz and glam of it all.
The Irish host added: “Myself and Laura or Doireann are in the chairs before nine in the morning.
“It’s such a long day. So not have to do that is so lovely but it’s so missed. I’m looking at the contestants’ Instagram Stories because I miss it so much. There’s a hole in our hearts!”
And while fans wait another year to see Jen back on screen for DWTS series 10 – the host will still continue to work on exciting projects.
The TV star recently launched a brand-new podcast with her comedian pals Sharon Mannion and Norma Sheahan, as well as producer Susie Condron.
The four friends have decided to call their new podcast Middle Rage.
Announcing the podcast, Jen shared a heartwarming video montage with pictures and clips of the group together over the years.
The 45-year-old also posted behind-the-scenes snaps of what they’ve been getting up to in the studio so far.
