What begins as harmless magical interference soon escalates into a crisis when Edward and Nancy unexpectedly crash through a failing portal with a dire warning. Andalasia, once a realm overflowing with enchantment, is rapidly losing its magic. Spells are weakening, landscapes are fading, and the realm itself appears to be unraveling. According to an ancient prophecy long buried in Andalasia’s history, only a woman born of one world and shaped by another can restore the balance. Giselle suddenly finds herself at the center of this myth, carrying a responsibility she never imagined.
As she tries to understand her connection to the prophecy, a formidable new sorceress emerges from the shadows of Andalasia. Ambitious and dangerously gifted, she seeks to absorb the last remnants of Andalasia’s magic and rebuild both realms according to her own idealized vision. Viewing Giselle as the greatest threat to her plan, she begins manipulating the collapsing boundaries between worlds, bringing danger not only to Andalasia but to Manhattan as well.
Giselle, Robert, Edward, and Nancy must join forces again, traveling back and forth between a frantic New York and a dimming Andalasia in a race to uncover the truth behind the prophecy and stop the sorceress before both worlds fall. Along the way, Giselle must confront the deepest question she has ever faced. She must decide where her heart truly belongs, and whether her destiny lies in the world she came from or the world she has grown to love.
