CUSTODY BAN OR SINFUL ABANDONMENT? KIM ZOLCIAK STRIPPED OF MOTHERHOOD, EXPELLED LIKE A WRECK FROM HER CHILDREN’S LIVES!

REAL Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak has temporarily lost custody of her children until she completes therapy.

The reality star has been embroiled in a nasty divorce and custody dispute with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.

A Georgia judge ordered Kim, 47, to complete therapy before regaining custody, leaving the children with Kroy, 40, for now, The U.S. Sun confirmed with Cobb County Superior Court.

According to the order, the kids stay with Kroy from April 3 until Kim completes four parent therapy sessions.

The earliest she might be reunited with their kids is April 13.

Kim and Kroy share Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 14; Kash Kade, 13; and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 12.

The RHOA star is also a mom to two older daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 24, whom Kroy adopted.

TMZ first broke the story about the latest news in Kim and Kroy’s ongoing custody war.

Last week, the outlet reported that Kroy filed court documents demanding sole custody of their four minor children.

In them, the athlete claimed that Kim hadn’t attended her court-ordered therapy sessions.

He also claimed that the TV personality had been out of the country for two weeks and had only seen their kids for one night.

Kroy alleged that one of their kids got bitten by a dog during that instance.

The exes currently have joint custody, but Kroy is fighting to have that changed immediately.

“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,” Kim previously told TMZ about her ex’s accusations.

“I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.”

She continued, “I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”

Kim and Kroy have had a roller coaster relationship in recent years, separating, reconciling, and splitting up again numerous times.

In June 2025, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that the duo had filed to dismiss their divorce case, despite Kim accusing Kroy of “physical violence” just days earlier.

In February of that year, Kim had claimed that she believed Kroy had an undiagnosed medical condition that led to “angry and emotional outbursts.”

At the time, the Bravo star was allegedly concerned for their safety being under Kroy’s care due to his “mental health” issues.

She also suggested that the ex-Atlanta Falcons linebacker could be suffering from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) following his years in the NFL.

According to the Mayo Clinic, CTE is a neurodegenerative disease linked to repeated head trauma.

Farrah Abraham’s daughter is recounting her experience at prom!

On Monday, April 13, the Teen Mom alum’s daughter, Sophia, 17, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram in a joint post with her mom. In the pictures, Sophia could be seen wearing a black high-low skirt and a lace long-sleeve shirt with a black leather corset over it.

She accessorized with black fishnet tights, long black hair and cheetah-print heels, wearing a full face of goth makeup. In some photos, Sophia posed alongside her friends, while in others she was next to her mom. She also included shots from inside the limo that took her to the dance, as well as a picture of her bouquet.

“Prom 2026 Thank you so much mother for making this prom such an amazing, fun experience,” Sophia wrote in her caption. “I’m so grateful for my beautiful, caring friends for making this very memorable night so fun .”

“I had a blast, although as a homeschooled person i did expect prom to be a little more than just people watching with a side of dance floor .”

Back in November, Abraham faced some backlash after letting her daughter Sophia continue to get body modifications. The Teen Mom star shared a joint post on Instagram with her daughter Sophia after the teenager got ear gauges and her belly button pierced. In the photo, Sophia could be seen wearing goth makeup and showing off her new jewelry while her mom snapped a pic in the mirror.

They also included two videos, one of Sophia getting gauges put in and another of her stomach getting pierced.

“New body modzzz belly piercing and ear gauges best piercer ever @sideshowfrank and best mother ever @farrahabraham <33,” their caption read.

Sophia’s piercings came a few weeks after Abraham let her daughter get permanent fangs installed. The teenager posted a video on Instagram in October where she could be seen standing with her mom before getting her teeth put in.

After they’re in, Sophia smiled and showed off her two fangs on either side of her mouth. “Finally got permanent fangz ‍♀️ Thank you,” Sophia wrote in her caption, tagging the place where she got them done.
