According to reports, the new property features a six-bedroom main house, a private boating lake, a natural swimming area, and its own private beach. The couple reportedly chose this spot as their long-term family home.
Court records show Statham paid around $25 million for the estate in 2024, and the property is still undergoing renovations. Sources say the pair are investing an additional $6.25 million to upgrade their new retreat.

The couple previously lived in California but made the move back to England in 2020, seeking a slower pace of life and a better environment for their two children. “It’s going to be muddy boots and kids climbing trees. I love that peaceful country life,” Rosie once shared about their rural English home.

They have also bought homes in London and Cornwall. Statham’s net worth is estimated at $112.5 million, built from blockbuster action films like Fast & Furious, The Expendables, Snatch, and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Rosie’s fortune sits around $37.5 million from major fashion campaigns with Marks & Spencer and Burberry, plus roles in Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Mad Max: Fury Road.
Statham and Huntington-Whiteley first met at a party in 2009. They got engaged in 2016 and share two children: son Jack Oscar, born in 2017, and daughter Isabella James, who arrived in 2022. The family often shares glimpses of their life, including fun moments by the pool with the kids.
